We're looking for a sharp Legal Counsel to protect OSR's innovations, manage investments, and navigate the legal landscape of our venture studio in Vietnam

What you'll do

Draft, review, and negotiate contractual agreements (including NDAs, LOIs, RCAs,..)
Manage and protect intellectual property (IP) and software codebases
Ensure legal compliance across all venture studio projects
Provide strategic legal advice to the executive team

Who you are

Proven experience in corporate law, preferably in tech or venture capital
Strong expertise in intellectual property and contract law
Detail-oriented with excellent negotiation skills
Ability to translate complex legal jargon into actionable business advice
